Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at The Summit Hotel in Big Sky. The location was unbeatable, right at the ski lifts, which made skiing super easy. I appreciated the recently remodeled spaces and the attentive staff. However, I faced some issues with breakfast options and soundproofing in my room, which detracted from the overall enjoyment.
Our stay at the Summit Hotel was enjoyable overall, thanks to the fantastic location right at the main Big Sky ski lifts and beautiful views of Lone Peak. However, while our 4BR penthouse was spacious and accommodating, the amenities fell short in some areas. The breakfast was decent, but the dining space felt a bit dark and uninviting. Although we loved the convenient access to the slopes, we were disappointed with the security, as it made us feel uneasy at times.
My stay at the hotel was quite the experience. While the room I initially got was nice and spacious, having to change rooms in the middle of my stay because of a mix-up really dampened my mood. The staff were generally helpful, but the lack of room service and other amenities made things less enjoyable. On the bright side, my second room had a beautiful view, and the skiing right outside was a huge plus. Overall, I felt the hotel had a lot of potential, but some operational issues need to be addressed.
My stay was good but came with some issues. The staff provided excellent service and I felt welcomed, but the experience was marred by some disorganized processes. The hotel offers a nice facility and is located perfectly near the slopes. However, the presence of non-paying guests using the common areas made it less enjoyable. Overall, the hotel has great potential but requires better management of shared spaces.
The hotel has an unbeatable location just steps away from the slopes, making it perfect for ski enthusiasts. The service staff is truly responsive and eager to help. On the downside, the rooms left much to be desired in terms of comfort and size, especially for the price. Additionally, the dining experience was underwhelming, particularly the breakfast buffet, which felt low quality.
The Summit at Big Sky offers a nice stay with its good amenities and location right next to the chairlifts, making it convenient for skiing. The hotel is relatively new and well-maintained, but some design flaws and maintenance issues affect the experience. Overall, it’s a comfortable place, but a few aspects could use improvement, particularly in the bathrooms and room amenities.
